Site rules & other stuff that's useful to know!

No tickets available on the day of the festival
advance tickets only – don't leave it too late!

The Main Entrance has moved! The approach is now from the Town Hall / HSBC / Walkabout end of Albert Rd

The advertised line-up and stage times may change due to circumstances beyond our control. See website for latest news.

We reserve the right to refuse admission. In particular, anyone arriving drunk at the Main Gate will be denied entry, so please take it easy and make the most of your day.

Under-13s must be accompanied by an adult. Anyone clearly 13 or over will not be allowed entry on a Kid's Ticket.

Please note that the bars will be operating the 'Challenge 21' system. If you look under 21 you MUST bring I.D. if you want to buy a drink. Thanks for your co-operation.

You cannot bring alcohol or glass bottles on site. All bags will be searched on entry. Only unopened plastic bottles / cans of soft drinks are permitted.

There may be a small delay in getting you through the main gate, so please don't cut it too fine if there's a band you desperately want to see!

We have an express lane to help you get in quicker if you don't have a bag.

Each venue has a fixed capacity which, for safety reasons, cannot be exceeded. If there's a particular act that you really want to see then please get down early.

Some indoor venues have licence-related age restrictions. These are flagged up against the relevant sections of the brochure / website.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged. Our full terms and conditions are available on the festival website.

No dogs allowed on site [excluding guide dogs]

No unauthorised publicity [flyers etc] allowed on site

This is a family friendly event so please come along, enjoy yourselves and respect other festival goers. Thanks for your support.
