	Featuring 24yr-old Derek Meins (formerly of Rough Trade's Eastern Lane) on vocals and Robert Dylan Thomas (formerly of The Maccabees) and the intriguingly named 'T-Train' on thunderous double-drums, The Agitator recently received critical acclaim for their intense performance on Later With Jools Holland. Though starkly contemporary, their sound contains classic ingredients harking back to the fifties and depression-era thirties and has earnt them comparisons with acts as diverse as The King Blues, Billy Bragg and Plan B.
