	There aren't many new musicians who can harness the elemental rock'n'roll soul of Ike and Tina, Jimi and Janis. Alice Gold though, comes bloomin' close. Her brand of rock'n'roll is rowdy and raucous, pinned down by a chic sophistication and worldly confidence. Gold by name and gold by nature, there's an immense warmth in Alice's sound and lyrics.
